Angus Fender to Race Brand New BMW M4 GT3 in 2022 British GT Championship

I'm proud to be re-signing for Century Motorsport as a BMW GT3 driver for the 2022 British GT Championship in their monstrous new M4 GT3. Century Motorsport and I go back to when I raced with them in Ginetta Supercup 5 years ago and since then we have gone on to enjoy great success together in the 2018 and 2019 seasons. I have faith in this team and their engineers to turn out a car more than capable of challenging at the sharp end. Tying in my Factory BMW Sim racing commitments with a real world drive in the same car I compete in virtually is a very surreal experience and is a really special opportunity. With their rich and exotic racing heritage, I have no doubt their superbly engineered and brand new GT3 challenger will be the perfect tool to be competing at the sharp end this season.

For this exciting new chapter, I am also glad to be partnering Betty Chen, a young Taiwanese racer who is new to British competition, but has enjoyed success in GT machinery over in Asia. I am sure we will enjoy a successful on-track relationship this season, with the aim being to improve ourselves and the car as the season progresses.

This is such a big opportunity for my developing career and I am so grateful to everyone who has helped me get to this point. To all my friends, family, supporters and my amazing sponsors, this season will be a truly incredible experience and I feel so incredibly lucky to finally be back at the top!
